Edit: The president of the bank himself reached out to me to try and make things right after this review. I appreciate their willingness to work for customers.
Their office is only open during the most inconvenient hours, so god help you if your card gets lost or stolen over the weekend or after hours, or if you have a problem transaction any time other than the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. they still do everything with paper instead of just emailing. they only have a scant few locations, and they are all out in BFE, so if you do want to get anything done, you have to take off work to get there.
