Every time I go in I have confidence in what I'm being told by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Steven has never steered me wrong and had always taken the time to explain the why behind all of my questions. Wouldn't use anywhere else!
Paid $75 for a bike tune-up which was supposed to look at everything. They did not adjust either front or back brakes, which were too loose, and the handlebars needed to be tightened which they didn't do. Sorry, but for $75 bucks I expected a lot more.
Not being an experienced cyclist, I was somewhat nervous going to go to a bike shop with very basic questions, thinking I may get scoffed at for being such a newbie. I'm very happy to report that this was NOT the case at Rockwall Cycling. I didn't know the first thing about measurements and bike size, and they were happy to take the time to help me with sizing, and give me some information on bikes that were in my price range. I ended up ordering a Specialized road bike and I am in love with it. I really appreciate the personal service, and how down-to-earth everyone in the shop is. I'll be going back for a mountain bike purchase sooner or later!
I've been going to Rockwall Cycling since moving to Rockwall seven years ago and they've been great. They have a good product selection and they'll do what they can to help you get something if it's not in stock. Steven and the repair crew have always been professional, fast, and they do the job the right way. It's good to build a relationship with your local bike shop and you'll get that here.
