I brought my car here to repair hail damage.

I was given periodic updates and did not have to call for updates, which is nice.

The two things that were wrong were very obviously wrong. The hood was so misaligned that I could tell from 10 feet away that it was wrong. I don't know why they thought that was OK, like they thought I wouldn't notice? Also don't understand why, in the 32 days they had the car, they couldn't find the time to clean it.

This place is a JOKE! It was great when it was Dean's Collision - but Caliber is awful. My car was in the shop for 37 days, when it only needed to be worked on half of that. It sat there for 12 of those days not being looked at or worked on at all, because THEY thought it needed to be totaled and didn't want to fix it. I didn't get a call or anything with their concerns. My car was completely repairable - it came down to them not wanting to do the work. It was just too much work for them. Every time I called they seem to be having a "problem" with a part and the completion date kept getting pushed back. Whether it was the bumper, the lights, or whatever, Josh made sure I knew that this is because "it should have been totaled". Communication was hit or miss - sometimes they'd keep me posted every couple of days - sometimes I'd go weeks without hearing anything. All in all - NOT a happy customer and I would NOT recommend this place.

Amazing people and their work was perfect. Their Manager came out and greeted my mother. Made her laugh, not an easy task. She could not be happier with the repairs.

The only good thing I can say about this place is that it was nice to work with the service advisor Josh. I was quoted a repair time of 12 days and I didn't have my car back until day 32. I believe most of the time was spent with my car sitting there waiting for parts to come in. Why they couldn't have ordered the parts in advance (since I made the service appointment weeks in advance) I don't know, but I guess this is common practice with every body shop.

When I finally got my car back, I found that the new hood was not aligned properly, and the inside was not cleaned. It was actually dirtier than before I brought it in and full of dust and smudges everywhere.

I put this in on her behalf, she is not good with the internet.

I refused to accept it with the hood not being aligned and it took an additional 6 days to get the hood straightened out. When I got home, while I was putting all my stuff back in the car, I noticed that an interior panel was not put together properly. There were obvious parts sticking out and not assembled correctly. I really didn't want to bring it back so it took me around 30 minutes of pulling plastic pieces apart and putting them back together to fix it myself.
