Went to get my car washed, prices were doubled from the last time i was here for one. Then i get my car back with dirt all over the outside still and the inside still dirty, like they did an awful job cleaning it for $40. No thanks, i could’ve went to a $4 car wash and done a better job myself. Will not return, plus the “manager” is rude and if you complain she will make sure to take her time to correct the mistake for you. Buyer beware!
One of his favorite people at Hacienda is a younger blond gal who seemingly could run the whole operation. She was leading the exterior wash line on Saturday. Clearly he is a regular and I know his decision to go to Hacienda is motivated largely by her wonderful service.
My brother and I have gone to Hacienda for the past 18+ years and never once have we had an issue. Sure if we go during the busy hours they may not dry it off perfectly but if that's what I was looking for then I should have paid first something other than a quick run-through and wash. IMO, hands down the best place to get your vehicle washed and taken care of in the Metroplex.
I get my cars washed there once a week. Today I was shown a card with prices much higher than I'm used to. I asked if there was a cheaper wash and was told no. Agreed to pay the the lowest price on the card, $26.00. While I was waiting for my SUV i checked their website and noticed a full service wash for $17.00. When I mentioned it to the cashier I was told that i should have been offered the full service wash. She told me she would have the sfaff offer the lower cost services in the future. As for me, it was just too bad. I should mention, they have always done a good job.
Always a happy attitude, a friendly smile and a service oriented focus sets this gal, and frankly many of the staff there, off from most other places in the area. Good job!
Great place! We have been washing our cars here since moving to the area in 2001. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else even with all the new competition in the area. Hacienda is a community wash that does an outstanding job!
My husband loves to drive clean cars. Therefore it is not uncommon for us to be out for the day (or even for dinner) and stop by the car wash to get spiffed up.
