Love this place!
My wife and I used to really enjoy coming into this store, but ever since they went under new management it's been a complete and utter mess. One of the new managers named Nancy (I think) is very unorganized and seems to not know what she is doing. Nancy also has a very foul oder coming from her and appears to be quite unhygienic. After speaking to her a few times is when we noticed the strong stench coming from her. It's so unbearably that is makes you not want to visit the store again. The other manager named Sofie is rude to both customers and employees on many occasions. The store is slightly organized and the prices are pretty good. The only reason why I am giving this one star is because the employees always have great customer service even though they're working for crappy management.
Poor management. Seems everyone is on a different schedule with things scaddered all around the store. Employees seem to not be having fun, that's what work is all about but within the past year I believe they switch managers as well as assistant manager, the other assistant manager Debbie was amamzing, friendly and very helpful, and now management there is poor. I believe there's another manager to has no business to be there, I have been there multiple times where she has been yelling at employees, I believe her name is Sophia. If I knew how to complain about that Sophia lady I would. She just the definition of a poor manager. Overall Poor management all the way around in the store. I feel bad for the employees. Want the old management back, they were the best and the only reason I'm giving this store 2 stars.
I love the store so much! It's always fun and exciting to go shopping and see all of the new things that come in. They always have really cool salt lamps and once I found one that was carved into the shape of a rose! The only thing that I don't like is that they always have a huge amount of decorative pillows. It takes up two to four rows. I would just rather have housewares! Overall I love this store!
Always find something to enhance my home
Its a mess in there!!!! Messy store and not friendly. Go to Marshalls or Ross in Greenville. They need help in the homegoods store!!!!
