Jim doesn't stop at just selling you a product. He provides excellent customer service and he stands behind what he sells. The short version of my experience. I ordered a MC7455 from Jim. He communicated with me every step of the way and even went as far as to call me on the phone because my address wouldn’t validate, he wanted to make sure the card I ordered got in the mail that day. Once the card arrived I had a few issues setting it up, I messaged him and asked if he had any tips or tricks. He went through every step of troubleshooting until the issue was resolved and I was online. This is a company I will for sure do business with again. I wish I could rate this business as 6 stars because they have definitely earned it.
Jim was able to get me setup with a LTE router that has positively changed the way my family uses the internet at home. Prior to this fix all we had access to was 2mb DSL as we live in a rural area. Now we can stream movies, games, etc.Now we have 20MB-30MB available to us.
