The manager is outstanding, very nice and curtious! She answered all my questions without fussing. She is sweet and very friendly. She understood my needs and didn't hesitate to go all out to help me. The area is very clean and neat. I had NO problems or issues. The trucks are clean, and well kept. This is the first time EVER I had a great experience renting a U-HAUL truck. It was a pleasure renting my truck at American Storage.
