Older front desk lady is extremely rude! Does not know the first thing about canine reproduction and gave me serious attitude when I tried to book an ultrasound appointment. Dr. Tayor however is wonderful and the nicest man you will ever meet. I just wish they would get a more friendly and knowledgeable receptionist.
As soon as you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff members. The wait is not long . The vet techs are awesome! They are always so sweet to my babies. Both Dr. Taylor & Dr. Albers have seen my babies and I really liked them both they are Compassionate , Professional and very Knowledgeable Compared to other Vets I've seen in the past they are quite reasonable.When my babies are not feeling well , Im glad I can count on Rockwall County Vet. Clinic.
Dr. Taylor has been my pets vet for 30+ years.. we have had many pets come and go over the years. They have always been given the best of care from puppyhood through senior years. Below are pictures of just some of our pets. There are just two of these still with us. We also had 2 other dogs and a cat that were cared for through RCVC. -Not pictured-
We got there at 5:37 pm with no appointment, but with a bloated belly dog. From the beginning the front desk personnel showed a bad attitude. We were informed a doctor would see us, but the rude treatment continued. I understand it is not nice to get a last minute costumer at the end of the day, but they should close earlier if the shifts are too long for their front desk people to be merciful and helpful. I ended up going away looking for another clinic.
Dr Taylor and Dr Clemons are both amazing, direct, and saved two of my animals from terrifying wounds from horrible attacks. Even their vaccine and prescription costs are very reasonable (to the point it's not even worth the cost of gas too have a prescription filled at the nearby Costco/Walgreens/CVS on the way home... Even after I found coupon codes online!). Great service from all staff - all doctors are caring and very well educated (and aren't afraid to consult others when necessary), Tammy is amazing at grooming, and the front desk staff are awesome and efficient. Highly recommended for any animals of any age or needs.
